layoffspace.com is an independent social networking web site launched in Spring of 2007. Layoffspace.com has one goal in mind; to create a community where unemployed people could come together.
Layoffspace allows members to network, form groups, chat, share ideas, find work, discuss career topics, schedule events, create blogs, access career resources, ask for advice and support from other members and career coaches. Members can also search for other members based on their location, interests, career and education. They can create valuable connections that can last a life time with just a click of a button.
