What do you think of Free Running? Do you know what that is?
Free Running, or “Le Parkour” as the French innovators call, is the art of moving. It would have to be the most fascinating sport/underground movement for quite some time. Have you ever seen people jumping from roof to roof, hanging on building facades, jumping down large cliffs unhurt that are up to 7m high? This impressive sport has now become even more famous through films like District B13: Ultimatum by the Yamakasi’s (in French cinemas since last February).
It is important to understand that this sport requires very hard physical and psychological training and is highly dangerous. Participants might look like they are made of rubber but they are trained athletes who have perfected the falling techniques! Before you give this sport a try, you might want to consider getting some protective gear.
